Description

Guests are treated to a freshly prepared meal from Prince Kuhio’s onboard galley, crafted by our dedicated chef. Our Tiki bar, manned by an expert mixologist, offers all the island’s favorite cocktails, wine, and beer.

Following dinner, unwind with a drink, listen to soft background music, and marvel at the Honolulu city lights as they begin to sparkle. Watch the sunset paint the sky in vibrant shades of pink, orange, red, and purple. To top off the evening, enjoy the spectacular fireworks show from the Waikiki Hilton.

(1) Lightly Smoked Beef Short Ribs (braised slowly to fork tender perfection!) topped with a Red Wine Braising Sauce with Scalloped Potatoes and Steamed Spinach

(2) Seared Mahi-Mahi w/ an Asian Creamy Avocado Sauce with Steamed Rice & Sautéed Mix Vegetables

All dinners served with a freshly made salad of hearts of romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, assorted peppers, purple onion, and croutons with your choice of dressing.
